WHAT IS THE NORMAL METHOD OF SHIPPING YOU USE?

  • Our primary method of shipping is first class USPS mail. However, alternate methods may be available upon request at an additional charge.

WHAT DOES DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST?

  •  The cost of domestic shipping to the US is $5.95 USD

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR FREE SHIPPING OFFER ON ORDERS PLACED WORTH $60 OR MORE?

  • Yes, this offer is only valid for customers who are located within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska and excludes the territories.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  •  Yes, We Ship Internationally!

WHAT IS THE COST OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

  • The cost of International standard shipping is $9.95 USD. However, alternate methods of shipping may be available at an additional charge. customs charges may apply. Please check with your local postal service for applicable charges. Due to our new Fulfillment location in the UK, International orders to Europe may not be subject to customs charges. In addition, the estimated shipping time for UK orders will be 2-4 business days. For other European countries this may shorten your delivery time to 7-10 business days.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

  •  All orders are scheduled to ship the following day from the time you place your order. Please be considerate of this when you are calculating wether your package is on time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

  •  For all domestic orders we ask that you allow 3-7 buisiness days for delivery. For International orders please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. All International orders are subject to the shipping schedule of the local postal service of the country in which it is being shipped.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  1.  For domestic orders you will receive a confirmation email with the status of your order and a tracking number that you can use through the tracking system on the USPS official website. 
  2.  For International orders, upon shipment, you will recieve a confirmation reciept that you can use to check the status of your order on the USPS official website, however, detailed tracking is not available. It will show when it's shipped and when it's delivered. 

Note: Make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder, as sometimes our shipping & tracking emails may be filtered due to user end email client settings.
 
WHAT IF I ORDER A PRODUCT AND I DON'T LIKE IT?

  • No worries, there is a 30 day money back satisfaction guarentee. If you are not satisfied with the product you may return it to the P.O Box address listed below, at your cost, and upon recieving the item, you will be refunded for the full product price excluding shipping and handling.
